For orders placed before 9.30am Monday – Wednesday AEST please allow 2-4 days for your delivery. Delivery days are based on your area. If you are concerned you have missed the order cut off time or would like an ETA for your area; please contact a Lifèßmöothè team member on 1300 421 037 or email us at enquiries@lifessmoothe.com
If you place your order after 9.30am AEST we process your order for the next available delivery day. If you would like an ETA for your order please call us on 1300 421 037 or email us at enquiries@lifessmoothe.com with your order number ready.
Once you place your Lifèßmöothè order, you will receive an email with your delivery date. Please ensure someone is home to receive delivery on that day.

Yes, all of our frozen sachets at Lifèßmöothè are suitable for vegans.
Yes, all of our Lifèßmöothè smoothies are gluten-free.
Yes, all of our Lifèßmöothè smoothies are dairy-free; however, you can blend certain smoothies with any milk variant if desired. To view these variants, please click here.
If you’re blending smoothie bowls, you add 150mls of liquid, if your blending smoothies you add 200mls.
The nutritional value of each smoothie can be found on each individual sachet and also under the product description under the shop tab.
1 Lifèßmöothè frozen sachet blended with 200mls liquid will make approximately 350mls – 400mls of smoothie.
Lifèßmöothè frozen sachets have a shelf life of 18 months if stored in a freezer for the duration.
Yes, a standard blender will job the job.
